TweetI always think of it this way. When I'm off I'm totally clean. I think time off is when there is nothing in your system. I'd say the time off starts 3 weeks after your last injection.

TweetIf you used deca and started the clomid therapy 3 weeks after the last shot, would time off be the time after the last shot or after the last day of the clomid therapy is over? Because by then you're last injection would of been over a month a go.....

TweetSomewhat related question - haven't I seen in some of the FAQ's that clomid therapy should start 4 weeks after deca use and not 3? And also to run it for 4 weeks and not 3.
TweetSo...... right now I am on the post therapy. I did a 10 week cycle of just deca, 300 mgs a week, not a lot at all. When do you think I can start up again?
Tweet8 months on 4 months off
TweetI've kinda jumped on the band wagon of not believing the time on=time off philosophy. Here's way....
How many times have you seen newbies ask questions on how much weight they are gonna gain on a cycle, or how much strength, how much they should eat, how much they should workout, etc... And what is EVERYBODY's answer?... It's different for everyone! I believe it also applies to time on and time off. Some people may be fully recovered using this method, some people may recover in 6 weeks. I know some guys, even on this board, say it takes them almost 6 months to recover!!! You got to listen and understand your own body. Get blood tests done, do whatever it takes. The more you know your body, the more results you are gonna see for yourself.
TweetI agree with nmk85roll
One guy recovers in under 2 weeks, another guy takes 2 months to recover, clearly the time off can't be determined with the same fixed rule for both these guys.
I think one to two months after recovery is more realistic.
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

This is the absolute best and only correct reply I have seen to this question. GET BLOOD WORK it is the one and only way to know if you are fully recovered. The old saying or STEROID MYTH "time on=time off" Just is not true for the average AAS user. I have been trying to get this point across for sometime.
Sweet reply NMK

TweetI still emphatically disagree with you that time on=time off will work for the majority. Look at the recent amount of bro's getting blood work 9-10 weeks after an 8 week cycle having shitty blood work. I will put up a post I have at another board. It is quite long but I would be interested in your reply. Give me 5 minutesOriginally posted by Crankin'steiN
This is a great reply. And it is true. Everyone is different and people will recover in different amounts of time.....
But you have to realize that the time on = time off rule is given to people as a very general guideline. Because if it is followed, MOST, not ALL, but MOST people will have recovered properly in that time. So it is still a good guidline to follow, until you know your own body well enough to decide when oyu have recovered.

Tweettime on =time off is bullshit

TweetSee if I added my complete ideas on the topic I would be just adding to the problem. because it's a myth. But I will say this; everybody's different and the amount of time off needed depends on factors only concerning that individual. It's like answering a question like "how much can I gain on this cycle". My guess is just as good as yours. Hence, use bloodwork not guesswork.

Tweetawesome, so basically I am left where I started, no clue when to start up. What kind of doctor do I go to for bloodwork and do u tell them that u have used steroids and want to make sure everything is ok?
