I found some info about the new anti estrogen aromasin that I thought might be worth sharing. I'll post the whole study at the bottom but here are a few of the more interesting points:

      Aromasin (exemestane)

      1. Out of the list of possible sides, a negative effect on lipid levels is not indicated, contrary to that of Arimadex and Femera.

      2. Aromasin permanently binds irreversibly to the active site of the enzyme causing its inactivation, but has no detectable effect on adrenal biosynthesis of corticosteroids or aldosterone.
Exemestane has no effect on other enzymes involved in the steroidogenic pathway.

      3. It is the only FDA approved drug for treatment of estrogen related breast cancer whose disease has gotten worse after treatment with tamoxifen (Nolvadex).

      4. Suppression of at least 95% was achieved at a 25-mg dose. Exemestane 25 mg daily reduced whole body aromatization (as measured by injecting radiolabeled androstenedione) by 98% in some subjects, which is higher than that of the comparble Arimadex and Femera.

      5. After a single dose of exemestane 25 mg, the maximal suppression of circulating estrogens occurred 2 to 3 days after dosing and persisted for 4 to 5 days. This means that daily intake for males is not a neccessity.

This is also based on studies that were done to FDA specifications so the validity is somewhat substancial. It seems like aromasin might be a healthy alternative to Adex/Ldex and Femara for those concerned with their cardiovascular health.

The whole PDF study was too bid to post and it would be 10 pages long if I cut/pasted it so if you are interest in looking at it send me a PM. It is also available at www.aromasin.com

Since it is so new the only valid forms are round, biconvex, and off-white to slightly gray. Each tablet contains 25 mg of exemestane. The tablets are printed on one side with the number "7663" in black. AROMASIN is packaged in HDPE bottles with a child-resistant screw cap, supplied in packs of 30 tablets.

I guess it is going to be coming out in liquid form, which should bring the high price of it down.

Good post bro! I love the stuff - I just wish I could get more of it.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

I'm not saying it is fake by anymeans, I was just stating a point that the article made that exemestane is not soluable in water.
