When you get Testosterone prescribed by a doctor, it is usually because your own natural levels have fallen, either just an age thing or some underlying medical condition. In my case I just had lower than average levels for someone my age, so I got the doctor to put me on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
In most cases, HRT is not a short term deal, I will stay on indefinetly, probably for life. In most cases the prescribed dosage is only 100 mg/wk., just enough to put you back in the middle normal range.
Now you see why the answer to your question is "nothing". Even after doing a cycle of say 750 mg/wk, there is no need to run Clomid or anything else post-cycle. You are never coming off, your body just adapts back to the lower dosage of 100 mg/wk.
