      Hey, new to the fourm. Looks like there are a lot of knowledgeable people on it. Hopefully somone could give me some pointers

      I'm 5'6", 165 (bit of musscle, bit of beer gut), late 20's, blood type B+. I just started injecting 1 cc of Stanozolol mondays, wednesdays and fridays then go to the gym. My goal is to bulk up and tighten everything up. I'm doing the Stanozolol injection cycle for 7 weeks as suggested by a professional.

      I've been eating a lot of tuna, eggs, salads, Zone bars, whey shakes, peanuts/rasins and chicken. I drink a lot of water, no sodas and have unsweetened iced tea sometimes. I've been staying away from grains, dairy and useless carbs. Is this a good diet? Any pointers?

      I've been working out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for about an hour and a half. Basically, I do 10 mins warm up cardio, curls, various presses, rowing machine, 4x25 crunches, squats, etc. I tend to stay away from the machines and stick to free weights. I consider the workout I do well balanced, and doesn't over-work or needlessly double-work any of my musscles. Of course, I'm pretty new to this so I'm very open to suggestions.

      I feel like I should be maximising the time I'm doing this cycle but don't really know what else too do. Doing more when I work out? Should I be working out on my off days also? Eating better?

      It's generally considered a really bad idea to get into steroids before you have everything else absolutely perfect. I personally need more details into your personal stats. How long have you been working out? Did you know that Stanozolol will shut down your natural testosterone levels, and thus should almost always be used with a testosterone of some type? Do you know any of its side effects? Do you know you can drink it in stead of injecting it? Are you prepared with proper post cycle treatment plan/treatment agents?

      Chris has some good point this is a poor cycle.

      Work on your program and diet first for about 6 months then you can think about doing a cycle. You need more experience in training. The goals you have set are good and do able with out AS.

      Test IN MY OPINION, should be the BASE of any cycle. Stanozolol is used more as a hardening agent after a cycle or during a cutting phase along with test. I really don't think it can bulk you up. You could do one or the other, bulk up or lean out. I would first add some mass on your frame and then lean out. You surely need to have your diet and training in check

      I've been working out like this for about 8 months. I've also been pretty good about my diet for just as long. I was perscribed Stanozolol by a doctor who told me that it's the right thing to do for where I'm at. He said that the shot form was the best acting and he would add some testosterone if I experienced sexual disfunction.

      After 8 months of working out I have become stronger and thinner, but I'm having a hard time putting on a lot of musscle and getting rid of the last of my gut.

      I've done some reading on it but don't know about post cycle treatments.

      As far as bulking up and thinning out go, why can't I do a little of both? My body is not fat except my belly and if I do enough excersise, won't it thin it out over time?

      8 months training eh? I've been training for 3 years and i still don't think i'm totally ready for roids.

      Why did the doc prescribe you stanozolol? Just curious....

      if u eat right u can gain some nice size with winny but test should be used as a base of all cycles. Add test and ur gf will thank u. Anyway if ur trying to gain some decent size throw in whole grains man(whole wheat pastas and breads are mad important). Also, i would do the winny for no more then 6 weeks, its really harsh on the liver(similar to d-bol) and should be run no longer then 6 weeks.

      dahulk - The doc thought it would do the best for me. There was another option but was harder on the body

      magnus - What is test? I thought it was best to stay away from grains and wheat with B+ blood type

      GENERIC RESPONSE IS EVERYTHING GOES BETTER WITH A LITTLE TEST WHICH IS TRUE. oTHER THAN THAT IF YOU HIT EACH BODY PART HARD ONCE AWEEK THATS ALL YOU NEED.AND A 11/2 IS THE MOST TIME YOU SHOULD SPEND IN A DAY A THE GYM. EVEYTHING AFTER THAT IT CAN BE COUNTER PRODUCTIVE. YOU SHOULD BE FINE.
