TweetWhich "header topic" should I ask questions about shedding body weight and gaining lean muscle. I'm not a bodybuilder, but I have been dieting and have lost 17 pounds. Now I look to skinny and want to look more "ripped". I am going for the 6-pack stomach and a little more size to arms and chest. Please direct me to the proper header and helpful suggestions.

How long have you been dieting, and what does your diet and training regimen look like? It sounds like from your post your interested in shedding body fat, correct?

I was 197lb before starting on the Atkins diet in Jan. Today I'm 180lb. I started dieting with my wife, who wants to lose about 10-15lbs. I've lost enough weight but want to add muscle. I really want to go for the 6-pack stomach. I look to small at this weight. I also need to shed a little more "gut" and add size to my arms and chest. Give me SUGGESTIONS.
Diet consist of high protien, low carbs. Training every-other day, hi reps low weight. 200 sit-ups a night.
I also stay active playing basketball and softball.
Ladies........Does size REALLY Matter??
