Tweetim one only ones in family that isnt on anti depressants. most of them gained alot of weight but had no eating discipline to begin with. assuming youre a bodybuilder you probably have excellant eating habits. theyre not supposed to slow your metabolism but increase your appetite like tenfold. do what you gotta do bro
