Most of the injuries i see people aer talkin about are happenin from bench press ( most of them any way)

is there less chances of injuries with dblz? what about with squats with good form? can u like tear ur thigh or glut?

As I wait for my laundry to dry I will say that injuries occur mainly because a lack of effort with stretching before, while and after working out. Properly warmup and stretch before any lifts, use correct form and the likely hood of you hurting yourself will be dimisnished ten fold.

The bench press for some people biomechanically just doesnt complement ones body structure. Just like some people who have longer torsos than others, due to a congenital abnormality like sacralization, or lumbarization, find it difficult or uncomfortable to due bent over rows, tbars and squats. I personally always get injured with the flat bench no matter how good my form is. So I stick to dumbells, and as long as your gym can accomodate the weights to support your more than normal increase in strength then you should have no problem with substituting an exercise with another one that better suits you rbody structure. Minkia, and thats one long asss run-on sentence.
