      i was wonerding if i should take my doses on the days i don't train or lift!!!!! anyone know?

      ....i mean....should i take my dosage of steroids on the days that i don't lift or train, or only on the days that i do? and do you know if oxandrolone works well with sustanon 250?

      i have researched. just wondering about anyone's personal opinon. i know that these two work well. just not sure if i should take oxandrolone on the days i don't lift...if someone knows a concrete answer i would be thankful. thanks.

      to D_H ... i started last week...250mg of Sustanon 250, for the next five weeks i will be taking 500mg per week... and every day i'm taking 20 mg of oxandrolone per day.

      Bro, you need to do alot more research.

      5 Weeks of Sus isnt going to do much for ya..it should be run 8 weeks minimum...and same with ox..3 weeks at 20mg ED is peanuts, I doubt you'll even feel the effect of the ox..its usually run at 40mg ED for at least 6 weeks.

      yes definatly take the ox everyday...It doesnt matter if it is a lifting day or not...You have to keep blood levels constant.
      You should split that dosage up also 10in the am and 10 in the pm..

      Ok, I think you should just stick with the sus then.. I honestly dont think 3 weeks of ox at 20mg ED will do you any good at all..save it till you get some more, then use it in the future, I'm just trying to help ya bud
