TweetWell I can't say if people lose their appetites. I just think many people do not consume enough calories to gain. I think alot of guys don't understand that it takes discipline to eat enough calories (yet they understand it when it comes to dropping weight) to add muscle. If you weigh 200 and you want to weigh 220 you have to eat like a 220 LBer eats.
