my pumps/cramps/muscle spasms are getting really bad...
i yawn, my jaw locks up (cramp)..... i look to my right or left my neck locks up... like a really bad ass cramp... i bend my leg, i get mad cramps... etc. etc. u get the point...
anyone else get something like that? and what can u do about it? (calc/mag? supposed to help, but it doesn't to me)..

Tweetim on week 4 and i had to up my water intake to about 2and1/2 gallons a day to stop my cramps

TweetThat's what I had to do too, I upped my water intake from 2 gallons a day to 3, and that helped a lot with the cramps. However, I couldn't really do anything about the pumps.
