I have been 132/90 simply by virtue of coffee and a stressfull job, your doing OK. BTW, mine was in the hypertension range. You dont mean 105 beats per minute at rest do you? Because that, would be alot.

If your "resting" heart rate stays that elevated, I'd be making a trip to your doctor....pronto !!

Like the other said, your bp is fine.

Normal is probably 45-60 resting heart rate.

On cycle #2 I'm not there yet, but before with fast weight gain I sweat alot (some say thats just the test), and I would breath a bit harder, but 100+ is very fast for just sitting down...

Watch the diastolic(that's the number on the bottom), if it goes over a 100 see a doc. Is your diet rich in sodium? Drinking more than 2 cups of coffee? Heart rate of 112 is only normal after doing cardio but shouldn't be a resting heart rate.
