      hey fellas! just finished my first cycle.
      test cyp. 400mgs/week for 10 weeks

      i started at 197lbs. now im 220lbs. and i went from 12%bf to 10%bf. not the most impressive gains, but im impressed with my strength gains.

      most notably: bench press from 225lbs-3 reps. now 225lbs.-12reps.

      hey say what you want but im happy as hell. cant wait till the next cycle. im gonna add some fina in and go with the same on my test 400mgs. a week. how much fina would you guys recomend? im gonna make it myself. im getting a 4g kit and 4000 mgs. of fina.so how much should i go with and ed or eod?

      Looks like you trained and ate correctly.

      As far as using Fina next time and the dosage?
      I'd do 75mg/ED.

      Not impressive gains?!? You lost 2% BF and you put on 23lbs!!! I'd say that's more then impressive. Some guys can't gain that much in a year let alone 10 weeks. Be happy those are great gains.

      Excellent results if you ask me. Now the real test for you would now be keeping it post cycle. I hope you do because you worked hard for every bit of it.

      Just a couple of quick Q's
      What was your diet like?
      What exercises did you do?
      What's your post cycle recovery regimen?

      You can shoot fina ed with no problem, it's just a matter using a smaller gauge to inject.

      thanks bro's. its not that i didnt make good gains i just said not the most impressive gains, but im happy! anyway ironfist you had a good point ive been training for 5 years but i had hurt my back and was out for a few months. i didnt eat hardly anything for like 3 months. that and laying around has taken alot out of me!but its coming back quick. now to walrus why did you say to use a smaller guage to inject fina? thanks for the replies the support and the criticism. i need them both to become my best!

      my diet was 3400cals a day. 40%pro, 40%carbs, 20%fat
      i train like this:
      monday: chest,biceps,upperabs
      tuesday: legs,calves,lowerabs,obliques
      wednesdayff
      thursday:shoulders,triceps,upperabs
      friday:back,lowerabs,obliques
      sunday,saturdayff

      use a smaller guage pin for your fina because of the frequent injections... a larger pin would get old after a while..

      What did you use to inject on this recently completed cycle? I find that using a 25 gauge needle is tolerable for those frequent shots, better yet an insulin syringe for bicep injections, quads and triceps. It didn't work with delt shot with the insulin pin because it didn't go deep enough.

      Leverage can have a lot to do with how much you can bench. If he has relatively long arms he will be at an obvious disadvantage. Some people are just at a disadvantage leverage wise in certain lifts because of their structure.

      Personally I would be more concerned with progress and less concerned with the actual poundage.

      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

      well stated...too often we use the bench press as a measuring stick of one's strength/prowess...some guys may be weak in the bench press compared to others, but may blow them away in lifts such as military press, barbell rows, etc
