      I'm reading Yahoo's blog Shine and came across this question that a author wrote for readers. It was interesting what average people's replies were.

      To me, all I seem to be giving up is a little bit of time and certain foods. It's really not that big of a sacrifice in my mind. I don't think I have a prefect body, but I've made the best of what I've got. I feel really good about that.

      if it was that easy...simply give up something and poof...you got the body you want...then, i'd have to say i'd give up....mofo. yep...go ahead and take him. as much as i'd hate to loose him as a buddy, i'd be willy to make the sacrafice to achieve the goal. i'm focused and disaplined like that

      I would almost give up everything i think.... with a the bod you want comes confidence and a all around positive out look on life.. you feel better about your self you love how you look you feel you can do anything and everything so anything you gave up to get the bod you can get back in 2 fold and you may even achieve even greater things in life... having the bod you want is not just physical in imo there is so much more that comes with it
