how much "time-off" do you have after you finish your cycle..?

TweetI always take 6-8 months off..after 12wks cycle.. I ran some heavy doses before.. so 6-8 always works for me.. some might say its too much or even I need more time after 12wks cycle..but after 6 months I feel like my body needs some extra attention

Tweetthe general rule is time on = time off as they said,- but just listen to your body sometimes you may feel your fully recovered before that or maybe you need longer then that..you should be able to tell if your ready for a new one imo
