TweetI think I average about 4 hours, despite the fact that I usually go to bed at about 5:30.
On a regular day, I lay on my bed at 5:30, may fall asleep in 2 hours, wake up at 9:30 or 10 to go to the bathroom, then back to bed, only to wake up at 3:30 a.m. and get ready for work.
On training days, I get home from work at about 3:30 p.m., rest from 5-7:30 p.m., prepare to leave for training. I train with the powerlifting team from 9-midnight, then drive to work where I rest in the parking lot for 4 hours before punching in for work.
At my gf's place, even less.

TweetIt would depend with me.. I take heavy sleeping pills and when they do kick in I sleep a total of 14 hours.
TweetI think the tv definitely messes with your sleep. I have been using the sleep timer religiously lately. Most tvs have that option.
Nothing like waking up to a cheezy Infomercial a half hour before you have to get up. Not to mention your wondering all day why you have there urge to buy a snuggie.

I get anywhere from 6-8 each night.Sometimes more,sometimes less but generally about the same.
