TweetI've always loved the saying "Squat Till You Puke!" and now i can officially name myself as a member of the club. I've always thought it would happen due to a hangover or not feeling well but, I felt like a champ when i hit the cage and during my sets. I went in pyramid fashion and then on the reverse pyramid I felt it coming and coming quick. It was all i could do to set the bar on the saftey pins and jet to the bathroom. WOW, that was the WORST tasting ralphage i have ever been lucky enough to taste. I still have that burning in my throat lol... It happened just a few minutes ago and i highly doubt that i can be hardcore enough to get back into my workout right now...I guess thats my next test.
I've never been so damn happy to puke in my life, I actually feel like i've accomplished a MAJOR goal....
