probablly want getdataback for ntfs.
maybe getdataback for fat. your system will probably tell you if you are installing the wrong one. it is to do with what file system your computer uses. it will be ntfs or fat. id try ntfs first.
TweetThats what i did when i lost everything. You can do a restore without losing all your files, but when i inquired at HP they didn't tell me how to do it that way. I was damn pissed to say the least.
TweetWOW SORRY TO HEAR IT!!!
TweetDid you already reinstall your OS on your old hard drive? Next time before you do that you can just buy another hard drive and do a clean install. Then use what's called a rack to connect the old harddrive via USB connection. You should be able to just transfer all your files from your My Documents folder that's on your old hard drive onto your new hard drive.
Tweetwe have a winner, you may still be able to do that.. good luck..
here's that pic you sent me..
