Anyone take Ambien CR? My funny experience with it

TweetFriday night, after about 3 nights of no sleep, I decided to take an Ambien CR. First thing you need to know is, drugs and me DON'T mix!!! But I figured, "Ahhh, I have Saturday off, what's the harm." So I take an Ambien at 10:00. By 10:30, I'm in lala land. So I wake up next morning at 7:00am. Feeling good. I go downstairs to the kitchen to get my morning Kool Aid and drink, and I notice the Kool Aid is a like a yellowish color. So I come to the conclusion that something isn't right with the Kool Aid. I go Back upstairs to bed, and about 9:00 wake up again. Now my wife is already awake in the kitchen getting the kids breakfast. I come downstairs and she says "What the hell were you doing in the kitchen at 2:00 this morning??? I was ready to come downstairs and kill you for all the noise you were making!!!" I say "hon, I wasn't in the kitchen at 2:00. I was here at 7:00, but not 2." She tells me I got up at 2:00am, came down in the kitchen, and was banging pots and pans around to make something to eat. Then, I took a gallon of milk out of the fridge and put it in the sink (I guesit was in the way of the kool aid). The reason the Kool Aid was a yellow color was because for some starge reason, I poured a bottle of ginger ale in the kool aid, then spilled it on the floor. There was also a can of corn on the counter that I guess I was going to try and make.
Funny thing: I don't remember ANY of it!!! The Ambien had me so screwed up, I was sleep walking and doing crazy shit in my sleep.

Tweeti took the normal one once and only once..... first thing i noticed was the next morning i did not remember anything that had happened 20 to 30 minutes priar to taking the pill..... other then that i got a great nights sleep and felt great in the morning ...just the whole idea that is sorta erases your shortterm memory is something i do not really like

TweetOooooo....I've heard some excellent stories of ppl while taking Ambien CR. One guy told me of how he woke up with his laundry all folded neatly in unfamiliar laundry baskets, which he says were not his and plus he has his own washer and dryer in his apt. Later that day he receives a call from a couple of strippers (which he gave his number to during the night to his unbeknownst) and said they enjoyed their evening in the complex laundry room and they wanted to have a drink with him. Needless to say...he stopped the Ambien CR.

Tweeti used to have insomnia and i got perscribed ambien...One night i decided id see how long i could stay up..about 20min after the dose i noticed my blankets and blinds moving by themselves. THats all i remember then my mom told me the next morning i was in the hallway giggling running into each side of the wall. I wasnt allowed to take it after that lol. So i ended up switching to lunesta and i found if i took 2 i could control my dreams and remember them perfectly

im tellin u it was awesome...i remember i was dreaming one time that i was in the bottom of an ocean and i was like im gonna fight an octupus. and in the dream i did. Like u know how dreams can not make any sense...like one second ur in the empire state building and the next ur at the gym...With Lunesta i promise u my dreams flowed and made sense it was like a movie

TweetThe only thing I didn't like about Lunesta is the metalic taste in my mouth. It tasted like I was chewing on a rusty nail for a week.
I did some of my own research and heard Ambien CR is known for side effects like mine. People have actually got in their car and drove places while sleeping! There's some good stories out there!

thats awsome..your experience is like a lucid dream -where you have the ability to go/do whatever you want to..some people can do this whenever they want..i gotta try some
