TweetIm trying to put together a cut cycle for summer. Currently Im 5'11" at 215lbs with about 13-16% bf.
This is what I got so far:
Gona run this one 16 weeks:
week 1-16 eq 600mgs/week
week 1-6 and 10-16 tren 75mgs eod
week 10-16 winny 50mg ed
this is about my 6th cycle so Im not sure if I should throw prop in there or not?
And fellas help me out with the clen/T3 portion....never used it before.
And of course the diet/cardio will be taken into consideration.
Help me out here....Any critiques are welcomed...

TweetThrowing in Prop wouldn't hurt anything. It could help out with the Tren. Clen, the usually 2 on 2 off with ECA. Here is an example taken from PECS on OSBB....
A typical clenbuterol cycle for a male would be something like this:
day 1: 20mcgs
day 2: 40mcgs
day 3: 60mcgs
day 4: 80mcgs
day 5: 100mcgs
days 6-14: 120mcgs
T3, I'm not real sure about. I have seen and read some things, but I don't want to give you info that I am not 100% on.
TweetWhere's the Test? Plus, you should know, that T3 does not discriminate between different tissue types - in other words, it'll burn protein just as easily as it will fat. All the more reason you need Test!
Unless you really have the money to burn, a cutter that IMO would be just as effective would be Test/Tren/T3/Clen, Diet, Diet, Diet, and cardio every day. It'll cost less than the EQ itself! (well, maybe not, but pretty close!)

Do teh clen for 6 weeks total, every 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and add test like 250 mg a week is plenty....

Tweetu can run clen by itself. Your not supposed to run t-3 without test because the thyroid hormone is indiscriminant.

Tweetdepending on what prop you have, it might not feel good. some people (NUTS) dont like prop, they say it hurts to much!

Tweetprop hurts unless cut by something lovely like eq. thats me personally and i have tried a few brands of prop with low ba. if i shoot it alone in the quads i feel like
