Damn it to hell. Im dying inside right now. How did I let this girl turn me from manly, tall, muscular lean crombie into fat wussy out of shape crombie? Its like I spend every waking minute with this girl. I live and breath to make her happy and make this relationship work. I never thought I would be like I am right now, I used to laugh at all my "***** whipped" (so the call em) friends. I used to have goals and ambition, now I get off work early just to go get her flowers and take her out to dinner. I cant wait to get paid so I can buy her more tiffany shit or buy her the yorkie she has been wanting. What is wrong with me? I feel so weak right now like Im going to fall right back into her needy arms again and continue to be miserable. But she has that body and that long blonde hair and she so damn sweet. But does that outweigh all the shit she puts me through? Why do I feel like this? Im done venting, some words of encouragment would be flippin awesome.

Your getting older Im guessing? I dated a girl for 7 years we didnt get married but came close. We hurt each other alot and I dont know if it was worth it or not but I do know I learned alot from it.

I think that you need to step away from the situation just for a second (not break up or anything) but maybe go hang with the guys for a little bit or set aside some time during the week to hang out with the guys. Write down a list of pros and cons then focus on what you can do to improve your health/whatever. Focus on yourself for alittle bit.

Have fun be young. I dont want to get married till Im 30 but who knows.

Yeah I just turned 25 in Sept. I feel old as hell now. I dont see myself marrying this girl anymore. I did when we 1st started dating a little over 6 months ago. We got serious really quick, too quick I think. I thought I was going to marry this girl. Her family is so awesome too. I just feel like I need to be single right now. I did this in my last serious relationship (2 years ago) as well, spending every second together. Maybe its me, maybe its the needy girls that are drawn to me? I dont know but she keeps calling and Im trying to be strong.

You sound like me. Im 25 as well and the girl I dated for 7 years is starting to call again. Im dating a girl right now but I dont see us getting married. When it gets to serious to fast it almost always is a red flag. If Ive seen it once Ive seen it a million times, lol.

Yeah I know. It just hurts so bad. I went from playboy to her little toy in a matter of weeks. I've never had a rebound and dont really understand what they are but I think I need one. Maybe itll make me feel better b/c right now another female is the last thing on my mind. Hahaha.

Two things here your saying bother me Crombie. 1. You say she is needy. 2. You mention her appearance "the body, long blonde hair". Like i have said before, appearances are deceiving and its not all about looks, its how the persons character is that really counts in the long term. Sure you have to be attracted to that person, or have that chemistry, but not to the point where it is infatuation or an obsession. I have just talked to someone that appears to have this same situation. They go after the "looks" first, then get real serious quick, because of having sex too early, before they realize that this person is not anything about what they are really looking for in a woman. I suspect that this girl is a bit immature or that she may enjoy all your spending on her. I would take a step back, and look at yourself and what you want out of a woman in the long term, before going after the looks and overlooking the important qualities you seek.

Sounds like your thinking with "other" body parts with the comment about how pretty she is..... You do not need to be at her beck and call and if you are, there's an issue there....you say you keep meeting girls like that....If you lethem be that way with you from the start, they will always expect it.....you need to be your own person, too...I agree with Prion as far as setting a day a week with your buddies or something....also having mutual friends is a must..other couples to hang out with together.

I wish you luck .....if you DO break up...take some time and really think about what you want out of a relationship and do not settle for less, don't rush it either....there has to be compromises on both ends!

      Take care!
