      well as u know i did a cuttin cycle started at 18-20% bf @ 198lbs (5'6) now im at 11.8% and sittin about 180lbs.. (on prop/fina 75mg ed)

      things was goin well till wk 7 and then i started to loss muscle and strength BIG TIME... so i put the diet and cardio on hold for 7 days so far, and i started 40mg NAPS and .5 ledx ... now its been 7 days and im just startin to gain my strength back...

      now do u think i should keep doin this maintenance diet for another wk then go back to my cardio or should i start my cardio and diet right away ...?? my goal is to reach 8% bf ... so i wana loss 4% more, or 8lbs

      EXACTLY, make sure you add some carbs in there for a cheat meal every week. That always makes me feel better, especially concerning my energy levels.

      bull, i am gonna stay at 10% for now let my body get used to the lower BF and calorie intake. stripping body fat too fast i think makes it harder to keep it off without strict diet in the long run. i dont think i will cut again till next year. i had the same prob you did with loosing strength while in keto i have since started carbs again and have gained alot of strength but not much size, i too am at 180#. good luck bro!

      I just cut back on diet and started adding in much more cardio.

      I'm having the same experience except for legs which keep getting stronger... go figure.

      I'm trying not to get hung up on the amount of weight I'm moving and go by what I see in the mirror.

      simple bro, just not much carb mostly pre and post workout, max 100g ED and 2500cals total rest protein and fat
