Does anyone here take any OTC product or supplement for anxiety, partly cause by test? I prefer to stay away from prescription meds due to my personality. Someone told me Clarocet (sp?) anyone help me here?

I started getting uncontrollable anxiety when I started tren. Xanax helps alot. The anxiety subsided somewhat after my body got used to the hormone change.

If you take xanax only as needed, you won't get addicted to it.

      alwaysgrowing,

I have ADD so I've tried many many things.
Overall the best is a healthy consistent diet that LIMITS insulin spikes. Next I pop 6-10 Optimum Amino 2222's a day, 1 or 2 with each meal, my believe is small amounts of DLPA throughout the day keeps me calm.

All the other stuff, 5-htp, kava, ginseng, etc. have had nowhere the effect of those two above, and I've tried a hundred combinations and monitored them all.

Even on test I do fine.

Any specific Q's let me know.

      Hoped That Helped
      Good Luck

Had a prescription for about a year now.... only take it when i absolutely need it. Maybe 2-3x a week max. They can be addicting so i try to not take them much....

kava kava works wonders. I used the extract of kava stones not just kava kava pretty pricey but well worth it. I have used them all. SSRI to Xanax and Kava Kava works the best, less drowsy and not addicting, Xanax and her counterparts are addicting as fuck, stay away, band-aids are not good for bullet-wounds. I was prescribed Xanax for many years and I am glad I am free of her chains. BTW dont mix (up to 2 weeks in between) Kava Kava and Xanax or her counterparts, COma or death is likely with the mix. Good luck, Lexapro is my fav though, I am on it right now. (SSRI) but reduces anxiety up to 80% of people on it, and won't make you psycho like paxil does for some. I agree SSRI suck but this one is totally different. I can't handle fina without it. Good luck - Remember IT IS ALL IN YOUR HEAD and you REALLY DON'T NEED ANYTHING - Natoli

Xanax is the bomb for anxiety..It can be addictive, though..I guess depends on your personality, whats going on, etc.

Test does not give me anxiety at all, if anything it gives me a little confidence boost. Otherwise I take St Johns Wort from time to time. Kava Kava works for some, but not me.

actually had a panic attack today. so i got mt BP checked, 122/76. my pulse was at 140beats when it hit, but settled back down to 68bpm. they gave me a prescription to alaset (sp)

problem is my anxiety i usually harness for the better, but at times, it overwhelms

      trip- what is dlpa?

as for anti-depressants (paxil, st johns wort, etc) ive seen people take these, and i dont need to be all loopy.
