TweetAs I have posted before, my pics are in about 2 weeks. I will be coming off my cutting cycle and then taking a good 4 month off period. I am going to wait at least until the end of that 4 month period, alright, maybe 3 to start bulking. Now that I am about 6-7% BF i am going to try my best to stay under 10% for the remainder of the summer. How should I adjust my diet accordingly? I am currently under 100carbs per day, just the first 2 meals, then nothing the rest of the day. Should i just stay strict and throw a couple cheat days in, or add some carbs. My problem once Im done cutting is the sweets, and I seen some of these Carbo-LIte candies, sugar free but 34g of carbs, I guess I could eat these for a while, and stick to splenda products, until bulking. What do you guys think?

TweetThats the same thing I am probably going to do. I'll probably stay strict during the week and then cheat on the weekends, maybe eat bad on Saturday and then as good as possible on Sunday. Have you done this in the past scorpion?
TweetI did this last year with one cheat day a week [but I mean CHEAT days......oreo's, Mcdonalds, pizza, ice cream, chips, donuts DANGER ]Originally posted by Shear_Madness

I had an ultra stricked diet for 3 months prior .... then I incorporated the CHEAT day....I'll be honest with and because of the cheat day my cravings for junk was HUGE during the rest of the week and within 2 months I was having 2 sometimes 3 cheat days a week When I did the one day a week. I notice only slight fat gain perhaps 1-3% over 2 months....hope this helps
