TweetAlthough, I try not to have sex before I work out. Your body releases a bunch of endorphins and adrenaline build up when you orgasm, so its hard to get a super agressive workout. I say I try to not do it before a workout, but when my poor girly started getting off by herself an hour before legs day, I had to fix the possible travesty, lol.

TweetThe amount of protein you lose when you ejaculate can be replaced by simply eating 2 or 3 peanuts.....you literally lose that little protein, that an ejaculation will never hurt your protein intake....and after you ejaculate, it takes your body about 3-4 hours to fully get your levels back to norm, so I wouldn't ejaculate (sex or masterbation) for atleast 3-5 hourse before a workout...you could lose strength and intensity....Originally posted by hummerluv
