TweetHow much protein should someone consume while on cycle? Does a gallon of milk a day, give you enough protein?
Thanks,
Cowboy

TweetDeffinite no to a gallon of milk, that is a lot of lactose which is a simple sugar, i weight 205lbs and eat 350-400 gm of protein a day, on or off...XXL

OMG, you'll definately look lik a damn COW kid. Everyone will tell you differently, some will say 1.5g per pound, other's will say 1.0g per pound, and some will say 2.0g per pound. I eat about
1.0-1.5 per pound ED.
TweetI eat as much protein as I can comfortably stomach. There is no set formula. That's bullcrap. I shoot for 400-500 grams a day. Dieting also depends on your goals. Are you bulking or cutting up? That makes a big difference. When I'm bulking I eat everything in site.
The juice is loose!!!
TweetLAMO! this is a LITTLE off I think. No way in hell I can eat 620lbs of protein a day...lol
1.5 g/lb of body weight is more then enough IMO.

TweetI eat around 1.5g per pound...and when bulking I mix my shakes with milk instead of water for the extra calories.
TweetI drink a gallon and a half of milk a day...been making fantastic gains...I drink it as often as possible though at least one cup an hour...usually more though...I have lost bf this way so it just goes to show that everyone is different...btw I drink nonfat...it has casein protein and plenty of carbs...really good stuff.
TweetThanks Bros,. I am bulking for sure, so what is good to eat for a supply of protein? I drink about gallon of milk a day. I have it in my cereal in the morning and with every meal. I cant afford a bunch of protien powders right now so what can I use to supplement.?
TweetImo protien powders are key. It would be just too hard to get all my protien from food alone. Tuna, chicken breast, salmon(omega 3's), lean red meat are great sources of protien. Post a thread in the nutrition and diet forum and you will get some good responses.
