Tweetif it is sold legally it won't work very well....now if the myostatin ever hits the black market i am sure it will make some freaks...i won't try it though, someone else can be the lab rat lol
TweetHas any body heard of the drug myostatin(could be misspelled) this new drug is supposed to be what genetically stops humans from growing more new muscle tissue, it is a muscle governor so to speak. Anyway a whole lot of products are coming out now saying there product can bind to the same receptor myostatin does thus inhibiting its effects allow muscle tissue to grow larger and receive more protein and other positive muscle building effects. So if this drug does what it claims are steroids a potential option as far as a stack goes. What? If any steroid would be best suited for (cutting vs. bulking)? I don’t know if the stuff works but it is legal over the counter stuff so let me know, what you have heard or know about this new supplement.

Tweetinteresting point about myostatin as far as effectiveness vs. legal, it seems to me that for something to give you the results we so demand it has to be illegal/dangerous (these two don't always go hand in hand) to get us where we want to be. All though a few of the supplements out there like creatin and andro are not useless but just not potent enough for average person who seeks that instant gratification and those genetic altering results.
Tweetit isn't a drug.
it's a gene.
TweetYeah I remember reading about the myostatin gene, about 5 years ago.
Then these companies started coming out with these supplemenst that claimed to suppress the gene so you could unleash the boundaries set by your genetic make up. I haven't heard of any drug. But the supplements are made of mostly green algea and they sell the shit really high.
I would rather go lick a rock than spend 70 bucks on a 2 week supply of green algea.
TweetSince there are no human or animal studies done on the myostatin binding potential of supplement myostatin blockers I wouldn't waste my money on it.
Tweetmyotastin is crap..i used it=no gains from it.
my friend used it, lost 10 lbs. its crap IMO
TweetBeat me to it...lol
It is a gene that acctually inhibits muscle growth. The drug you are talking about does not exsist yet, all the animal tests where on animals that where genetially altered with inhibited myostatin. But if it where a drug, you would not want one that produced myostatin, it would be a myo-blocker/inhibitor.
PS: all the otc stuff is crap!
