I injured my rotator cuff two days ago at the gym. It hurts when I do lateral movement. I go to deep when I do shoulder presses and involve my rotator cuff and thats how I hurt it I think. My question is if I give it a few days could I still train other body parts like chest, triceps and biceps. I dont want to quite working out because I'm in the middle of my cycle and my sus. just kicked in. I also don't want to blow out my shoulder and be down for good. Any suggestions?
Man just spot inject your delt on your bad shoulder, the sust should fix it in about a week. Remember there is no rest while on TEST!!!!
