ok, not really, but maybe because im a latino................

Heres my story, didnt type it till now, because it takes too long, but here goes. Not only im a post *****, im also a traffic violation *****. To the tune of my DL is suspended on May 3. I get a Occupational License May 7. Anyhoo, i was driving home from work last night, around 1 am, and i get stopped in Dallas by a polic officer for nto wearing my seat belt. At this point, i wasnt real sure when my DL was suspended, but I knew it was soon. he did a check and the dispatcher sent him a printout that said 5/03/03, but he just looked at the first number. So it was May 1st at 12am last night, so i got hauled off to County, got processed and threw in the holding tank, with about 35 others, in a grossly small room, so full, i was sitting next to the toilet. While i was getting processed, i saw that it said 5/03/03 and pointed it out, but he didnt get what i was saying i guess. I pointed it out 3 times total. Well around 4:30 am, i get called back out of the tank, and the officer said he made a mistake, he realized what I was talking about when he got home from work, and i got released finally, no arrest on my record. A huge huge pain in the ass and a big cramp on my style, plus i got "violated" by one of the guards who was patting me down, and had to take out my not healed eyebrow barbell too. It was a ***** putting back in. So, basically 3 1/2 hours of my life lost right there, jeez.

False imprisonment is a very difficult case to prove/win. Maybe I lead a sheltered life but I can^t recall any recent wins for our side.

Sorry for u my bro. Your cool answering my posts and that is a most certainly shitty xperience.

I had to come in and get my mug shots taken and fingerprinted. Got a letter in the mail that basically said "Do it this week at your convience, or we'll pick you up next week at ours"

So I go down there, they put me in a "waiting room" fuck that, call it what it was "A short stay cell". Then they forgot about me and went to lunch. Fuck that sucked.. I was yelling "Uhh.. Hello!" as I'm locked in there. Finally an hour later they come back and were all like "Whoops, we forgot about you". Many ideas ran through my head, but I figured just keeping my mouth shut was the best idea..

I tried as hard as I could to smile for my mug shot, but I swear they wait till you frown so you look meaner! I was really hopeing for a big goofy Rado-like smile.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
