TweetI posted this once before and everyone who tried it seemed to like it. Keep in min it is still tuna but it is a welcome change.
Warm up a skillit with about 2 -4 tbl spns of olive oil. dump your tuna fish in it. mix in some Old Bay seaoning or cajon seasoning anything that is a little spicy. Brown it (about 5 min is all it takes) mixit around while it cooks. You are ready to eat it. I somtimes add a little balsamic vinager too.

TweetI eat tuna every day. I mix 1 can with about 1/4 pound of cole slaw....it's great. I'm probably getting way too much mercury, but oh well
