Recommended use on training days:
Serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6oz of cold water or any beverage of your choose immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving (on an empty stomach).
So should I drink my post workout shake right after the Cellmass or wait 30 minutes or?
TweetI would wait 30 minutes. This is because the glutimine that is in the cell mass is also naturally found in protein, and if you take the cell mass with your protein some of your receptor sites will already be filled. 30 minutes later though you will be able to absorb more glutimine and it will be more effective... Just my 2 cents
