TweetI don't get this part, as i doesn't make sence to me, lol! Have you tried melatonin and drinking warm milk with honey mixed about 1/2 hr before bed? If this doesn't work try valarian root, which is an herb you can get at the vitamin store or grocery. If you have tried these, then try 5-htp which you can also get at the supplement story. If all else fails, i would try Ambien. If you can't get a script there are a few onliners that work. I have myself resorted to OTC Tylenol PM one about 1/2 hr before going to sleep.
