TweetThe little know power of apple cider vinegar is amazing! I personally have been taking apple cider vinegar for almost a year now, and can tell you first hand how powerful and wonderful this is! I first heard about apple cider vinegar from an herbalogist because of my reocurring acid reflux problem. I was taking a purple pill every day, until I was told a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar a day will cure my problem. So I had to do some investigating on my own. I started looking on the internet to see if people had actually done this. After doing several searches, the testimonials were amazing!! People swore apple cider vinegar helped them. But I couldn't figure out how? How would adding extra acid to your system relieve acid reflux? I mean, isn't acid reflux too much acid already in your system? So I researched that. To my amazement, Acid reflux is caused by too little acid in your stomach. When you eat food, there's not enough acid in your stomach to digest the food, so your stomach says "WE NEED MORE ACID IN HERE!!!" So then your stomach over compensates by adding too much acid, causing you to back up and get acid refulx.
So by taking a tablesppon af apple cider vinegar, you are keeping acid levels in your stomach stable. Since I started taiking apple cider vinegar, I am happy to say I have not had to take one pill to correct my acid reflux problem! It worked wonders.
Another thing I started to notice was the little bit of acne I had on my shoulders.......GONE! So again, after some investigating, I found out apple cider vinegar helps people with acne. And once again, the testimonials from people were nothing less than amazing!

Personally, I'm at the point now where I just take the cap off the bottle, take a deep breath, and swig a mouthfull. So for me, a mouthfull is probably like like 4 or 5 tablespoons. But when I started, I did 2 tablespoons in a row. I don't think spreading it throughout the day will do much

TweetI've got a bottle in the fridge but havent used it in about a year. I took it for like a week but the taste what horrible, I mean I dreaded drinking the crap all day. Even dilluting it with something else didnt help matters that much.

That being said though, I've heard nothing but good things about it and thats why I tried it.

TweetIf people are to pu$$y to man up and swig it , try and get some empty gel caps, inject 3cc's into the gel caps (approx 5 gel caps) and take them that way. But it really does work.
