yeah definitely been staying on top of the water intake...made some homemade soup, too...diet friendly!

You need to get those two things. My son and wife just got this crap and I started to get a scrathcy and the green snot and so I stated taking these two things three times a day the first two days and twice a day since. Now, I'm completely fine and they are still sick as crap. I'm around both of them everyday, I give both of them kisses every day and with these two things, my immune system is so boosted that I'm not even getting it. Seriously, nothing now.

Of course, I have a very strong immune system anyways because as a kid, my mom hardly ever took us to the doc. So, when we got sick, we just had to get over it and that allowed by body to fight off all kinds of stuff. My son and wife get sick about 4 times a year, I get sick about once every two years.....as long as I have these things on hand. If I didn't have them, I would get sick more I think.
