TweetNEVER HEARD OF IT BUT IT MAY BE WORTH A TRY
TweetIll go ahead and be a post ***** and put it here too.
I got this information from one of the other boards and just thought that I would share the wealth with everyone else who has ever suffered from sore injection sites. Im not sure if it works b/c I have never tried it but it seems worth a try. Mix together some baking soda and water into a paste and rub it onto the injection site, this helps to pull out some of the infection and relieve soreness

TweetLMAO ; Illinois is way to far north for me i hate to go above the mason dixon line. Anyways i hate taking out the garbage.
TweetLol! I have actually heard of the baking soda/ water to make a paste. It is used for boils to draw out the infection. I don't know if it will work for the soreness. I just use a cold compress or ziplock baggie with ice in it and hold on the bump or inject site while watching tv or something for 1/2 hr or so at night and take two ibuprophen, as it will help reduce the swelling.
Tweetmassaging the injection site and iceing it is the way I would do it too. But i guess if you are really sore you will try anything. I like the old school method myself
