      I'm curious to know how the vets cut body fat and try to gain muscle while on the juice.

      I'll be using Enanthate and Fina. I know that the juice will increase my lean body mass. So do I really need to do cardio????? Just keep my diet clean with low carbs???
      I mean, I want to make gains but in turn loose body fat. Its like a fine line.........

      moderate cardio is a great thing.

      windsprints on an empty stomach are best, IMO ...

      but just eating clean won't give all the results you want, well at least not for my body type ... the AS will raise the BMR, but light cardio will only help you attain your goals.

      Im on enthanate and deca and have gained about 15 lbs and lowered bodyfat about 6 % now. My trick is to eat clean but alot of calories all day, then lift I lift around 6 pm and follow it with 20 min high impact cardio. Once a week Ill do 50 min cardio on an off day. Granted, I could of made more gains by eating more but bodyfat would of been higher too. So its what your'e looking for. My results are almost as if I was on winstrol or the like but with size. So when they say there is no real cuuting AS out there, they aint lying. It all depends on your diet and cardio. You need to experiment with it and find out what does the trick for you.

      Yeah bro.... i'd personally rather eat enough to keep me full and do some moderate cardio to shed the extra unwanted weight.

      Interesting stuff.
      I think I will just watch the diet and not worry about cardio. Maybe take an ECA in morning but thats about it. My goal is to do it slowly so I don't loose muscle.
      If that doesn't work then i'll through in some cardio at 3 days a week. But the killing weights should help.

      Just give it time...unless you dont have time. Takes me 3 months to get ready for summer but I keep all my size and some. Key point is to keep going...dont give up...how bad you want it is what it comes down to!

      im also wondering about this ....

      Can u cut good amount of fat on oil based tests like sust and enth? or prop is the way to go ? the water retention is a big problem on enth and sust though

      you dont need a specific gear for the cutting, you just need specific diet and cardio.

      Any test will work, just people seem to like prop better for some reason. Personally I like prop for cutting or bulking, but enth or cyp would do just as well...im not personally a fan of the mixed esters so I wouldnt do sust for that reason. cyp/tren/EQ/winny is about my fav now a days...but I have been cutting on drol/cyp/winny for the last month, and havent good results.

      Here is my advise: Increase energy expenditure, decrease caloric intake,use fast acting esters. If that doesn't do the job, nothing will.

      this is how i cut first i eat clean 400 grm of protein ed keeps carbs as low as i can ,cardio 4 times a week 45 mins walk on tread mill,i eat 8 times ed , i stack fina 100mg ed,whinny 50mg ed ,prop 100mg ed ,gh 4 iu ,slin 10iu ,eca,t-3.i gain lean mass and drop body fat like a bad date..
