TweetWhat does your diet look like for an average day? Just curious as I'm going to start dieting pretty soon as well. Thanks bro.

TweetSucks..... Only been one day too. Not going to do fat burners every day this time just pre-workout. No cardio either. Just heathier eating and weight training while taking my moderate amounts of anabolics. 6 weeks I should be summer ready.

TweetI'm guessing I am about 12-13% bf. I'm 220 plus right now at 5'10. The way I eat prior to dieting though was a "see food" diet. I'm serious too I ate anything and everything. Clean food, junk food, empty calories, you name it I ate it. Anyway my diet right now will be moderate protein, moderate carbs, and moderate fat intake. Cheat meals thrown in every now and then.
BTW - I'm looking to get down to about 8% bf.

Tweetlooks good bro ... i'm at 200 and 10% bf and 5'11 ... and i'm looking to cut 1-2% bf ... i'm adding cardio in the morning though and only taking in 350-400 protien, 300-350 carbs, and 80-100 fat every day ....
best of luck to those of us who are trying to get summer ready
TweetStarted mine too about 4 weeks ago...takes me a little longer than usual...I do the same though..eat clean at first, then throw some cardio in here and there, and when it starts heating up I just step everything up a notch. Takes me like 3 months to get ready but I try to maintain same weight while lowering bodyfat. Hey bro, good luck with ur diet.
By the way, what shakes are you using?
TweetI hear you bro.... i can't decide how i want to diet. I tried droping my carbs the past week but with the gear i'm on i felt hungry the whole week. It was painful and droped 6 pounds!! too much! So i'm thinking Eat about the same amount as i have been eating just cleaner and do cardio 4 times a week with ECA/Clen.... eiether way good luck bro! Oh and dont you love the "See and Eat diet!! Man winter was fun.......
Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.
TweetI started mine a little while ago too. Started out with the high carb pro low fat....now I cycle it every 2 weeks, high carb, high protein low far, then NO carb higher fat and protein. Seems to be working so far...The scale isnt REALLY changeing, but everone says its looking good and my body comp has changed a lot. I think Im in the 12% range now, I ALWAYS do this slow...mostly b/c I cant lose that fast, but also b/c Im getting stronger and bigger by the day while loseing the gut...and I think thats the point of any cutting cycle.
Gotta LOVE anadrol for cutting...lol I get no water untill I eat the carbs, then when the water goes away on the low carb you can REALLY see the change that it makes.
So far its just anadrol cyp and winny I been useing, but Im dropping the drol, putting in tren and bromo (MAYBE on the bromo) and some T3 pretty soon. Should be cool!
Tweetman this makes me sad... i feel so fat right now... i wish i could cut... im comin off a 10 week cycle ... and gota keep eating
Tweetgood luck bro diets suck
TweetGood luck partner...........I hate dieting!
TweetOnly extra protein I am taking is the Detour Bars from Next Nutrition. I really can't stand shakes anymore personally.Originally posted by ELLAS

Tweetdieting sucks but what a joice when you see results plus your bf% is not very high which means this won't be too hard for you to go to 8%

I hear ya there bro...I started mine about 10 days ago...I get my cardio when I grapple/fight 4 times a week. I am going take t3 and clen with my anabolics though. I'm eating 3 meals a day with 3 shakes in between...
Tweetdieting sucks, but for most it is necessary....and if your naturally low bf then you know where you can shove my foot
i got spring break in 2 weeks so i am sure that will set me back some for summer but nothing that can't be caught up on....good luck on the cutting guys
Tweetwith 44,000000 posts, how can you cut or diet? Do you have fridge next to your computer. I bet you have a protein bar dispenser attached to your monitor and on you watch that "sit and be fit" show with that old lady and do exercises in your computer chair, lol.Originally posted by bigjim33
