      finally broke 200# on this cycle I still look like I weigh 180# where the hell is all my muscle. I am as strong as alot of the bigger guys in my gym but I still look skinny. BF is around 15-16% 5'11" and I was going to start cutting soon but I am scared I am going to lose size. my muscles all look flat when they are not pumped or flexed I feel I look real average. if my shoulders weren't fairly wide you couldn't tell I worked out. Should I do another bulking cycle before cutting and just forget about taking my shirt off this summer?

      do a lean mass cycle

      Test/Eq/Fina/Winny or something like that

      watch your diet, and do some mad cardio. Youll gain some mass and get fucking ripped..and the EQ keeps you pumped all day long, which is great for summer time :p

      I did winny for weeks 7-12 on my 10 week cycle. I am hard as a rock but but still look soft. I used liquidex and don't have much water. As for pics I don't have a digital cam, plus you guys would tear me apart like a pack of wolves on a lamb. maybe I will post arm, leg, and chest measurements tommorow. I know the weight is right unless the scales at the gym are all wrong to the same degree. I was going to do winny and eq with clen this summer maybe I will add test prop like everybody told me to do and get some more mass while leaning out a little.

      Maybe its in your head..5'11" 200lbs isnt skinny bro..maybe try dropping your BF down to make your existing muscle more visable?

      I am going to develop my film of what I looked like before the cycle today and compare with now. I was 135# at my smallest adult weight you may be right about being in my head. I still see myself as a scrawny bastard with 12 inch arms

      wel at 5'11 and 15-16% bf, 200lbs, im not trying to put you down but you really dont have that much muscle bro. if you were 5-6% bf youd in theroy be about 180, but prob more like 172-176 ish. which at 5'11 just sint enough on a 5'11 frame to get that really swole look.

      but youll get there i have faith in ya bro

      keep in mind that 15% bf is smooting you out and makes it harder to see your muscle curves and shapes. you would look much more muscular at 8-10%

      bro SC brought up the main point. with 15% bf you can't really see a lot of definition. i know because i am just cutting down now. once you get the bf down and add some more muscle you will be very pleased

      I know exactly what your saying bro. I just put on 20 lbs. this cycle getting me close to 200lbs. but dont seem to be able to see it myself. Everyone else sure does. I know its in my head that I'm not any bigger. Now that I'm done I know why you can't do just one cycle.

      I hear ya Bowbow, maybe I should quit lookin at my conan the barbarian poster in my garage and make some more realistic goals than trying to look like the greatest of all time. My lifting parter says it's the opposite of anorexia. they only see themselves as fat and I can't help seeing myself as skinny. He says that when he cuts he does not step on the scale but watches his progress with his calipers and dosnt worry about weight and size but becoming lean. I can always bulk this fall and maybe hit 200# again with a lower BF.
