        Deadlift never done, i have done quarter deadlift 505 lbs for 10 reps
        Squat 505 1rep
        Bench 435 for 1 rep
        Leg Press 1215 lbs for 6 reps
        Straight bar curl not sure but i haver done 165 for 3 reps

        i would say bench and squats

          hmmmmm........mike, by the look of these pics here, does NOT justify these stats here, would you care to explain please. If you indeed leg press what you say you do, your legs would not fit in those little as jeans you have. I know I had said this before about what you really weigh or lift, but come on man, what's the REAL deal here?

            What's your record lifts to date in any or all of the following?
            Deadlift-415(yesterday)
            Squat-440lbs box squat
            Bench-360lbs x's 2
            Leg Press-9 45's on each side of the machine to the chest 6 times
            Straight bar curl-125lbs x's 5

            Out of the five, which do you predict you'll see the most improvement within 6 months? All of them More than likely my bench and squat, always tend to go up in strength and size, not *****ing though

              ok u don't believe but i will prove it 2 u!!!!! i know some1 who got a digital camera and then i will need ur help on how to download the pic if u don't mind AND BY THE way, how can u tell my legs are small, number one, i don't wear tight jeans no matter what, but i will show u and prove it 2 and stop saying shit that u don't know.....thanks

                    yes u got underneath my skin but all good, i just know better and i love when people bugs me and tell me that i can't do it, it will mess me up mentally and every time i go to gym, i just work out harder and heavier . thankssssssssssssss rado
