TweetI have a friend who had it done and didnt go back to the doc for his follow up and eneded up having another child. I would suggest going back several times after the procedure and make damn sure it took.

TweetMy dad got it done. He was in and out in an hour. Had a little trouble sleeping as I recall (can only sleep on your back or side for a week) but interms of walking around and going to work he reported no problems.

My guess is that cardio and leg training is out but upperbody shouldn`t be effected at all. Also, shouldn`t effect test levels because they only cut the tubes that handle sperm. Hormones are handled through a different pathway.

Using finasteride would probably affect athletic performance more than a snip job.
