I really need to start hitting some damn cardio work. I just got back from the gym and basically I suck. Here's what I did, it was speed bench day.
9x3 (alt. 3 diff. grips, close, med, ultra wide)
      155 + 40# chain 3x3
      175 + 40# chain 3x3
      195 + 40# chain 3x3
superset with chins after each set for 10 reps each rest 45 sec. repeat

      Bent bb rows 3x8 x 275

      Lying floor triceps ext w/db 4x10 x 60's
superset with hammer curls same set/rep 45 sec rest

I was as worn out as a chiuaua after being gang raped by 25 rottweilers. This weight loss (I'm back down to a ***** ass 185) has got me all screwed up as well.

I should also mention that I only lasted 15 min. on my stress test but got up to 102% of my supposed max heart rate based on age/weight. Kinda embarrassing.

Your endurance and stamina will obviously take a hit from you being sick and losing weight. I dont see where you need advice bro, you just need to be patient and it willl come back to you.
