TweetI use Vitamin World's Super Snooze with Melotonin. It really works for me. Now I don't take it all the time because your body will get use to it. For an occasional sleepless night, it works for me.
For times when I can't sleep for a couple of days, I use Tylenol PM. Once again... it knocks me right out.

TweetWow! hey DC, thats some awesome stuff, Ima get me some..THANKS!
TweetI use Melotonin sometimes.....everytime i use it regularly though I start having crazy dreams
I drink aloe vera juice every night, about 8 - 10 oz......it keeps me "regular"...I even take it with me when i travel because my body hates strange toleits for some reason!!!
TweetPicked up some chewable GABA tonight. That stuff is great. Not doing too bad. I don't think my stress has been any worse than other folks I know, but I have been wide awake at 3 am a few times..lol
Thank God things are going to be ok. I lost 5 Months of income inpast 2-3 years due to some hideous internal injiries after I was kicked in the stomach by a horse and drank heavily afterward. I don't want to elaborate too much more
Than that right now. Good news is I don't consume alcohol EVER anymore and have healed 100% physically. Now I'm catching up on lost time that's all.its stressful at times.
Thanks.
TweetOh there is a story waitin to be told here, Drinking and Horses- can't wait to hear this
