TweetHas anyone ever done this? If so, what did you think of it and what did you use?

Tweetmy wife did and she was sick for days.
TweetI have done it twice and I used Advocare's product and Dr Nutura, both times I didn't see the results they claim. If it did any good, I didn't notice
Tweeti have done it. didnt do anything for me other than having to hit the head every 45 minutes-hour and the worst gas imaginable
save your $ and just take a fiber supp. keep yur body in tune and these things are not neccesary
TweetMy 2 cents is that all this detox/colon cleansing is bunk. If there was 20 pounds of undigested meat in your system, whyt doesn't it show up when you get a colonoscopy? Reason... there is no problem. If your not a regular person and want to clean out your GI tract once in a while via laxatives, go ahead. Buying products that make all these claims... I say no.

TweetFrom what I've read elsewhere, they're a waste of money. If you have plenty of fiber in your diet, the colon walls are practically self-cleaning. I had a cancer scare back in May from some symptoms that my doc said were "suspicious", after having the pipes checked from the inside, I was told everything was clean except for a small polyp that was analyzed and eventually ruled as benign. The gastroenterologist told me to simply increase my fiber intake and all would be fine.
