I have read that bodybuilders who stay on long cycles, 30+ weeks, sometimes have a difficult time getting the HTPA to recover. I read an article that stated some WWF bodybuilders who had been on cycle for years took 6 months to a year to recover.

What are the consequences of a failure of HTPA to recover? I have read that some may have to go on lifetime Hormone Replacement Therapy.

What are signs that one is NOT recovering during their post therapy of Clomid, Arimidex, and Nolvadex? I know the best way to see if you have recovered is to have the bloodwork done but what physical signs can one expect of recovery?

      Thanks,

      Farrar

      hi farrar,

i will bump for you as well, from going through the boards the general feeling is its extremely rare if at all.most say there are no recorded cases, but i might be wrong on that one.for example the new male pill, from my understanding its a low dose test to do exactly that shut you down, with the hope you recover when you want kids.(once again i am not 100% sure)

i know i am recovering when i get my sex drive back as well as energy levels start to get to normal,in general you start feeling normal(if you can remember what that feels like after 8-9mnths on:p

      cheers

Thanks digital....as that is my case exactly! I was on from 2/9/03 until 11/3/2003 I am on my 3rd week of post recovery (5 weeks since last Test}. Post is clomid, Arimidex, and nolvadex. The nuts are not like raisins, never were, although rather than hanging they were drawn up. Seems as though they are normal. Sex drive is still sort of "blahh".

I AM taking an ECA stack which involves me taking 25mg of ephedrine 3X per day along with 400mg Caffeine 3X per day along with yohimbine. I had read that ephedrine could slow recovery.

Had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago as well so it's hard to tell about energy levels. Where I could do 75# flyes, now it's 55#. Incline bench press was 100#, now it's 60#. Not sure if that's from being off cycle or the fact the shoulder is not healed.

I am soooooo ready to start my Test/Deca cycle! I feel like Barney Fife at 30% Body Fat!

      Thanks,

      Farrar
