TweetHey Bro's Been off too long. By off I mean lifting and off!
First Important note Tendonities side lined my ass for almost 4 mos. Nothing was helping. Bottom line:One month on heavy doses of GLUCOSAMINE & CHONDROITIN and arm feels damn near 100%. It takes a few weeks to start working. I had read about a lot of other bro's with tendonities while I was out. Try this stuff.
I had tried EVERYTHING. I`ve now hit it 3 x's at the gym doing increasingly difficult full body workouts and it looks good.
So I go to a regular 4 day split starting today with real weights.
Cycle will be for 20-22wks. I`m only locking in the fist 10-12wks. At that time I`ll use the mirror to decided what to run the rest of the way out. There`s (2) new products I`ll post ?'s about and be interested in feedback which I might finish out with.
Here's the start:
WK1-20 1000mgs test E (RT) EW
WK1-4 50-100 Drol ED Depending on my body
WK1-8 400mgs Deca (norma's)
Wk1-15+ 800mgs EQ (RT)
I`ll start Fina around WK11. Possibly 4 wks again of drol around then, or Depending on BF and just how I look maybe run Anavar out the end instead.
Also I`ll start running clen & maybe IGF atleast once in the first 8 wks. I will then have to do a mirror evaluation. Test and EQ will pretty much be ran thru out.
Wish me luck, healthy joints, and when able give me some feed back on RT anavar injectable and Shanghai tren enth.

As far as my expectations? I`m going for a body tranformation more than a full on bulker or cutter. I gain fairly easily but i`m a little higher BF than usual from being out 4 mos with an injury.
From the first 10-12 weeks I`ll have a lot of muscle memory going for me and at my age being on test It really helps drop the BF.
Last August I was 5'10' 215 at about 10%BF. Since I have'nt been able to lift intill now I`m 210 at about 15%BF. I`ll change back fast but its a guess were I`ll be in 10-12 wks.
With MM I should hit around 220 at 10-12%BF with in 12 wks. Thats 15-20 pounds Lean Mass and 10 pounds fat loss. That a real fine line to drop body fat while gaining LM. If I had been lifting up to now I would say that even with this cycle no way.
After the 10-12 weeks I`ll see where I`m at. If I`ve lean out well I`ll go ahead and lean towards heavy tren and 4 more weeks of drol. If I come in BIG I`ll go moderate Tren and Anavar thru wks 20-22.
I`ll start with 350+ grams protein daily and about 3500 cals. towards the end I am expecting to up that to maybe 5000 cals.
After twenty wks I'm looking for 225lbs at around 10% BF.
As far as running deca longer. I just happen to have enough Norma's for 8wks at 400mgs. I grow well on deca, but after 4 wks of drol and 8 weeks of Deca I`m sure I am going to want a break from the water weight.
