TweetMy cycle consists of
1-10 T400 500-550mg a week
1-10 Deca 400-450mg a week
1-4 DBOL 30mg ED
Basically since I have stopped the Dbol the gains have slowed very much and almost completly stopped. I was up about 15 lbs by week 4 and ever since have gained like 3lbs and its currently almost week 7. I suppose I could have lost some water from the dbol but I am taking liquidex and nolva so I don't think the water retention is that much. Is there any supplements I could take that could maybe help me still make gains or that would add to the effectiveness of this cycle. Or is this most likely a diet issue and I should reevaluate that.

RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

TweetYou are up 18lbs in 6 weeks, there is nothing wrong with that. If you start with dbol your weight will shoot up quickly. If you can come off thedbol and keep your weight the same, you are doing fine. Just remember, 18lbs in 6 weeks is not bad at all.
TweetI don't have pics, I just have one that is kinda before so it isn't really that good.
My gear is QV and the dbol was Denkell. I know it isn't rest I make sure I get that. I am going to try some new things with my workout now that you mention that. Also I'll try to redo my diet and improve it, I'll post it when I'm finished for critique. Any supps help me out?
TweetYa thats true overall I guess 18 ain't bad, it is my first real cycle so I had high hopes. What really concerned me is how the gains have basically stopped over the last 3 weeks and I figured something might be wrong and if I didn't fix it I wouldn't gain for the next 3 etc.
TweetYou are heavier now than before you started, so you need more calories just to maintain. Don't try to eat the same diet that you ate in the beginning. Constantly be uping your calories and protein to account for the newly added mass, and hopefully add some more.
Sometimes though it just seems like you stop making gains and nothing can break you out of it. It shouldn't happen this early in your cycle, but it isn't unheard of. Just try to refocus on eating and lifting. If there are gains still to be made, that's the only way to get them.
TweetQV is some of the most commonly faked gear out there. Have you checked to see if there is a possibility that this is fake gear? While unlikely, it's probably worthwhile that you check it out. Do a search in this forum to find out how to find QV fakes.
Changing up your routine and diet is a good idea. It's not likely you have fake gear, but worth checking up on.

Tweettell us what your eating. but my first thought turns to diet, and maybe not enough protein.
TweetIf I could gain 18 lbs of muscle on "fake" gear, I would never buy "real" gear again.Originally posted by Got Gear?

What he said. I've basically done this same cycle twice now and the first time around my weight shot up about 20 #'s in the first two weeks! Not a pretty 20#'s though! As my cycle went on, I gained about another 8-10#'s, but was much leaner and more vascular by the end. On top of that, I kept the weight on afterwards and the strength did not go away. Keepable gains are what you should strive for.
TweetPossible, but he kept gaining after coming off the d-bol (only 3lbs, but still gaining). Sometimes during a cycle I am at my heaviest right before I come off the d-bol. I will be stronger by the end, with more lean muscle, but I am heaviest on the d-bol due to the water.Originally posted by Got Gear?

Tweet18lbs is pretty damn good for 6wks if you ask me. But if you're worried bump your calories and then see what happens. I would be concerned with strength at this point...now if that quits going up I would be pissed.
Tweetwhen i go off dbol my recover isnt nearly as good but my strength gains are still impressive, my weight plateaus alot tho
TweetI agree here. Up the calories to be sure.Originally posted by jsjs24

I also seem to level off after stopping dbol. Dbol gains are a lot of water, so when you loose the water, you'll seemingly loose weight.
