1 iu of slin=10 grams of sugar and 10 grams of carbs..always start with a low dosages, what i mean is to start with 2 ius every 2 days and work your way up...
first day and second day= 2 ius and third and fourth = 4 ius and work ur way up....for BEGINNERS, DO NOT NEED TO EXCEED 10 IUS...SOME PEOPLE CAN'T HANDLE 5 OR 6 IUS AND SOME CAN UP TO 10...BUT BEGINNERS DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT EXCEED 10IUS ON YOUR FIRST CYCLE

HUMALIN R has a max duration of 4hrs and its peak around 2hrs after injection. The most important thing is when planning out you meals for the day..So keep that shit in your mind and watch out for the time...SLin is not a joke..it can KILL U, IN otherwords, U WILL DIE

Always have those sugar tbs on hand, (in car, office, house, gym bag), so just in case u are feeling hypo, take those tbs bro..u need the FAST ACTING ONE....(DEXTROSE)

After taking your 1st injection of slin (humalin r), u will need a shake ASAP. i prefer that u take use either cytogain or Nlarge 2 by prob lab, and 2 scoops of cell tech(I'AM NOT PROMOTING THESE COMPANIES, BUT THOSE ARE GOOD IN CARBS AND SUGAR FOR SLIN USE BUT I PREFER NLARGE 2 AND CELL TECH TOGETHER).
After u take teh shake, u are good for the next 2 hours till the slin peaks out again(humalin r)..once u hit the 2 hours mark, u will need more carbs, or another shake, but i prefer that u take a shake and eat a massive meal wt carbs ..after the 4 hours cleared, u are free from dying or getting into hypo and u are GOOD to go....
