      Maybe I just had a bad batch of prop my one and only time of using it, but I said I'd never do that shit again. I was on for 10wks and in pain with knots on my ass for all 10. I even tried heating it up in hot water, it helped a little but still tore me up.

      I would do Iranian enathate, as it is quick acting and very little water retension and you would only have to inject 2 time ew max. Just my 2 cents.

      prop is great for the strength and low water retention aspects, but motherf'er that sh*t hurts!!! the only spot i can tolerate it is in the delts; quads and glutes are a no-no for me- too many nerves in there!!!
      so fresh and so clean clean
