6 eggs, 4oz 2% Milk, Scrambled Eggs
3 Toast with low sugar jelly
1 Cup cottage cheese mixed with low sugar strawberry jelly.. so good!
Today is a good day! Chest later today. Ill probably take my bike out since its absolutely GORGEOUS out today!
