Tweetwhat do u mean?
Tweetk for those of u who have done it how long does that shit take to heal... it's been 9 months now and it still feels like the 1st month.. i mean the pain and all that is gone, but it's so tight... the hole... i barely can move the ring... it gets like glued in there...
i've seen lots of people who had it for like 6 months and they can play with it freely, jerk on it, move it around etc... i can't do any of that.....
Tweetwhat do u mean?
Tweetyeah it hurts when i move it... it's glued in.. there is that fistula around it... only when i'm in the shower and it's gets really soaked i can move it around... but when it's dry there is no way.. if i do move it it starts bleeding etc... i feel it all being ripped inside...
it looks decent itself.. still centered (wasn't rejected)...
the woman that did it is a 'pro' and she's supposedly done 1000's before...
i think i'm going to give it 1 more month... and see if it changes.. if not i'm taking it out...
Tweetmy girl had her belly button done in july and its healed now but it just started feeling better in november, but she had to take the stainless stea out and get a gold one the stainless steal was bothering her a bit
Tweet1 YEAR YOU WILL FORGET ITS THERE

TweetI do piercings and the nipple is a piercing that the tissue doesn't relax as would your tongue, belly button, etc. The will stay rather tight, but there shouldn't any pain after the first six months. This is normal the cause of improper care and cleaning of the piercing. I recommend that you use Sea Salt, you purchase it at your local grocery store in the cooking section. Mix it with water and it should be to the point of where when you taste it, it is stonger than it would be if you were to use salt to wash mouth out for a sore. In other words pretty strong, then you put it in a squirt bottle and put it on the nipple and as it in soaking wet, you move the piercing in and out. ONLY do this if the piercing is really wet and make sure there is NO crust on the ring before doing so, if there is you will tear the inside of the nipple. As for it loosing up, you could always size it up with a larger gauge and when it is completely healed you can go back down to the normal size, but this will be a little painful as well.
TweetUSE DIAL ANTI BACTERIAL SOAP IN THE PUMP.LATHER UP THE NIPS TURN THE RING BACK AND FORTH AND RINSE. SOME TIMES ONE SIDE OF THE HOLE WILL FILL UP WITH PUSS. WHEN THAT HAPPENED I POPPED IT AND CLEANED IR RIGHT AWAY.JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU SNAG IT ON SOME THING.

Tweeti still got the one i was pierced with.. surgical steel...Originally posted by GirlPatriot
LOCO, what metal are the rings made out of? This is important but I won't get into why until you respond.

i'm starting to think that that's the reason too... my gf had her bellybutton pierced 1.5y ago, and after like 1 year she got like this red bubble on the upper hole and it just kept getting worse... then i got her a 14K white gold belly button ring and the whole thing healed within a week...

done that too... used epson salt, and a whole bunch of other things... pretty much everything there is...
as for the larger gauge.. go through the same pain again? naw thanx... heh... i don't mind poking myself IM etc, but the nipple piercing thing was just unvbearable... the worst pain ever.. i almost knocked out the woman that did it...

That is what I figured LOCO. Get rid of those damned things, they are nasty! Surgical steel on it's own can cause infection, if you think about the name of it, it is just meant for short term use during surgery, not to be left in the body lol. On top of that, a lot of surgical steel rings contain nickel and some people (like myself) have bad reactions to nickel. The nipple (even on men) is a membrance area and if bacteria enters there is a very good chance for infection. For example with my nose ring, I had CONSTANT weeping abcesses all around the hole and underneath the head of the ring. It was awful, all red swollen and painful. This went on for a long time. I eventually got a 14k gold ring (solid, not filled) and like your gf, in less than a week it was completely healed. I still occasionally get a small abcess when I have allergies or something but if I use Bactine on it, it is healed by the next day.
So the moral of the story, get some gold (not gold filled), at least 14k rings and clean them really good with Bactine. You should be good to go in about a week.
