TweetThe active ingredient is some isolated anti-inflammatory factor from milk. Well that's the best I can tell from the abstract from U.S. Patent Number: 5,650,175 which covers the product. I’ve never heard of it before today. I have no idea if it works but their marketing propaganda is based on a published study in "Therapeutic Research", Vol. 63, No. 7, July 2002. Who knows, but it's hella expensive that's for sure.
Tweeti know flax is pretty much a cure for me (never used winny though). whenever i get sore joints from heavy lifting on cycle 3-4 tbsps flax per day clears it up
